You'd have to be crazy...

The speeds of some roller coasters are absolutely insane. The fifth highest and fastest roller coaster is named the millennium force. This coaster reaches heights of 310 feet and goes up to 93 mph! But that's nothing compared to the top two coasters that really blew my mind. Number two is called the thrill Dragster, and is located in Cedar Point, Sandusky, Ohio. This amazing ride climbs to a height of 420 feet up in the air. Its a  jaw dropping ride and a heck of a way down. The ride goes 0-120 mph in a matter if 3.8 seconds. In 2003 when this ride debuted it broke many records as the tallest, fastest, and steepest ride in the world. But the ride lost it's thrown to all these records when Kingda Ka opened up in 2005. Kingda Ka is the number one coaster in the world. Its located in Six Flags, NJ. This ride escalates to 456 feet in the air. This ride took every record away from the Thrill Dragster. KingdaKa also goes from 0-128 mph within 3.5 seconds. At the start of this ride, to be able to get to those kinds of speeds, you are launched by a hydraulic mechanism. Kingda Ka is so tall, that in 2009 it was struck by lightening! I can't nearly imagine being this high up in the air, and going this fast on land! I have got all of this information from a great site that lists the top 10 roller coasters in the world, if you'd like to view it, click here.
